401(K) Retirement Plan

DSK Group, Inc. provides the Kemper 401(K) Retirement Plan, currently at no cost to the employer:

Investment Options

The investment options include stock, bond or balanced managed portfolios as additional investment options. These additional options utilize the entire spectrum of Kemper funds in a technically based investment approach.


Each year, eligible employees may contribute from 1% to 15% of their pre-tax pay to the 401(K) Plan. All contributions are made through payroll deductions.

Reports and Record Keeping

The DSK Group, Inc. 401(K) Plan allows you as the participant to receive a monthly statement reflecting your balance and earnings. There is also a toll-free number to call as often as desired for daily updates or to make investment changes.
